A man with non-US accent who knew me by name called my home phone and said he was with Windows Support and he was calling because my computer was sending system error messages. I asked what I was supposed to do about it as I had no intention of letting anyone access my computer remotely. He said someone would walk me through the steps. I hung up and called Microsoft who assured me no one from Microsoft Windows support would ever make that call. Beware!
